Ooni Perforated Peel is a high-quality, lightweight peel for sliding and retrieving pizzas from your oven with ease. Use the tapered peel edge to slide straight under pizza bases.

Ooni Turning Peel keeps pizzas in contact with the stone baking board as you spin them like a pro in your flaming-hot Ooni pizza oven. The seven-inch, durable anodised aluminium surface has a non-stick effect for sliding right under pizzas, while the perforations let excess flour fall away for a perfectly cooked pizza base.

Ooni Infrared Thermometer will allow you to measure the surface temperature of your Ooni within seconds.
