Ooni Karu 12
I think the idea of buying the bundle was wise; i use every piece of it. I learnt that simple kindling from the servo is fine as the fuel - with some BBQ charcoal as well - to get the temperature up to 450 deg, you need to close both the fuel door and the front door - wait until the fire is going though! and dust the slide with flour - makes the piza easier to move around
